A-A-A-CHOO, Percy!
Percy has a tickly nose. When the sneeze finally comes, it’s the biggest sneeze ever!
Percy the puppy was walking through the meadow when some dusty pollen floated right under his nose. Tickle, tickle, tickle. Percy’s nose twitched. ‘Oh no,’ he said.
‘A... A... A...’ said Percy. Pip the panda and Dylan the duck looked up. ‘A... A... A...’ said Percy, wobbling. ‘Is Percy going to sneeze?’ whispered Pip.
‘A... A... A... CHOOOOO!’ It was the biggest sneeze in the world. It was so big that all the hats in the meadow flew up into the air! WHOOSH!
Pip was blown backwards. Dylan spun in a circle like a top. Percy was blown the other way, and landed on his bottom in a muddy puddle. ‘Oof!’ said Percy.
There was a silence. Then Pip started to giggle. Then Dylan giggled. Soon all three were rolling on the grass, laughing so hard that their tummies hurt.
‘Bless you!’ said Pip. Percy grinned. He wiped his nose and looked at the hats, fluttering down everywhere. ‘That,’ he said, ‘was the best sneeze ever.’
