A-A-A-CHOO, Faye!
Faye has a tickly nose. When the sneeze finally comes, it’s the biggest sneeze ever!
Faye the frog was walking through the meadow when a puff of flour floated right under her nose. Tickle, tickle, tickle. Faye’s nose twitched. ‘Oh no,’ she said.
‘A... A... A...’ said Faye. Sana the squirrel and Ben the bear looked up. ‘A... A... A...’ said Faye, wobbling. ‘Is Faye going to sneeze?’ whispered Sana.
‘A... A... A... CHOOOOO!’ It was the biggest sneeze in the world. It was so big that all the kites in the meadow flew up into the air! WHOOSH!
Sana was blown backwards. Ben spun in a circle like a top. Faye was blown the other way, and landed on her bottom in a muddy puddle. ‘Oof!’ said Faye.
There was a silence. Then Sana started to giggle. Then Ben giggled. Soon all three were rolling on the grass, laughing so hard that their tummies hurt.
‘Bless you!’ said Sana. Faye grinned. She wiped her nose and looked at the kites, fluttering down everywhere. ‘That,’ she said, ‘was the best sneeze ever.’
