Arjun’s Biggest Sneeze in the World
Arjun has a tickly nose. When the sneeze finally comes, it’s the biggest sneeze ever!
Arjun the cow was walking through the meadow when a tiny feather floated right under his nose. Tickle, tickle, tickle. Arjun’s nose twitched. ‘Oh no,’ he said.
‘A... A... A...’ said Arjun. Sam the fox and Pip the panda looked up. ‘A... A... A...’ said Arjun, wobbling. ‘Is Arjun going to sneeze?’ whispered Sam.
‘A... A... A... CHOOOOO!’ It was the biggest sneeze in the world. It was so big that all the balloons in the meadow flew up into the air! WHOOSH!
Sam was blown backwards. Pip spun in a circle like a top. Arjun was blown the other way, and landed on his bottom in a muddy puddle. ‘Oof!’ said Arjun.
There was a silence. Then Sam started to giggle. Then Pip giggled. Soon all three were rolling on the grass, laughing so hard that their tummies hurt.
‘Bless you!’ said Sam. Arjun grinned. He wiped his nose and looked at the balloons, fluttering down everywhere. ‘That,’ he said, ‘was the best sneeze ever.’
